Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery progress directly on the USPS website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@heliosinc.xyz within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
NeuroShift is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are unable to modify or reroute orders once they have shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
