Each pouch contains a proprietary blend of four synergistic nootropics designed for focus and energy. The formula includes a small amount of caffeine combined with compounds that extend its effects.

  • Diet pills or fat burners
  • Other caffeine supplements

GENERAL INFORMATION

This product may:

  • • Raise blood pressure and heart rate
  • • Cause anxiety, jitters, and sleeplessness
  • • Stay in your system longer than regular caffeine

Do NOT use to:

  • • "Sober up" from alcohol (it doesn't work and is dangerous)
  • • Stay awake while driving if you're tired (pull over instead)
  • • Replace sleep (it masks fatigue but doesn't eliminate it)

USAGE GUIDELINES

Do

  • • Talk to your doctor before starting
  • • Start with one pouch to test your reaction
  • • Maximum 3 pouches in 24 hours (provided you have no other caffeine intake)
  • • Wait at least 2 hours between pouches
  • • Count all caffeine sources in your day
  • • Stop use at least 8 hours before bedtime
  • • Drink plenty of water
  • • Store out of reach of children

Don't

  • • Use more than recommended
  • • Mix with other stimulant products
  • • Use if you're sensitive to caffeine
  • • Share with others (especially children)
  • • Use daily without doctor approval if you have health conditions

RESEARCH LIMITATIONS

Two ingredients in this product (theacrine and methylliberine) have limited human research:

  • • Only studied for 4-8 weeks in clinical settings
  • • Only tested in healthy young adults
  • • No studies in pregnant women, children, older adults, or people with medical conditions
  • • No long-term safety data available

One ingredient (methylliberine) may extend how long caffeine stays in your body.
