Because NeuroShift pouches are a consumable food supplement, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products. This is standard practice for consumable health and wellness products and is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of every order.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
To report an issue, email us at support@heliosinc.xyz with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item are helpful but not required.
